Integrated Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive support services, in whole or in part, across four critical operational domains: plant operations & facilities management, biomedical / clinical engineering services, food & nutrition services (inpatient & retail), and environmental services / housekeeping to hospital center.
- Those services include the following:
•    Plant Operations & Facilities Management
•    Biomedical / Clinical Engineering Services
•    Food & Nutrition Services (Inpatient & Retail)
•    Environmental Services / Housekeeping
- Plant Operations & Facilities Management
•    Preventive and corrective maintenance programs
•    Utility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, emergency power)
•    Life safety systems and compliance documentation
•    Energy management and sustainability initiatives
•    Capital planning support and asset lifecycle management
•    24/7 on‑call emergency response
•    Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) implementation and reporting
- Services should ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all medical equipment:
•    Inventory management and asset tracking
•    Preventive maintenance and calibration
•    Corrective repair services with defined response times
•    Cybersecurity and networked device management
•    Equipment lifecycle planning and replacement forecasting
•    Support for capital acquisition and technology assessment
- Inpatient Services
•    Patient meal production and delivery
•    Room‑service or selective‑menu programs
•    Clinical nutrition support (dietitians, therapeutic diets, malnutrition documentation)
•    Food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
•    Patient satisfaction measurement and improvement
- Retail Services 
•    Café, coffee shop, and/or grab‑and‑go operations
•    Menu development and pricing strategies
•    Revenue optimization and financial reporting
•    Catering services (internal and external)
•    Brand development and customer experience enhancement.
