The Vendor is required to provide student wellness, prevention, and behavioral health software solutions platform(s) must deliver mandatory, evidence-based virtual learning modules for all incoming students.

• Alcohol, cannabis, and other drugs
• Mental health
• Sexual assault prevention
• Hazing prevention
• Conflict resolution
• Financial wellness
2. Features of the modules:
• Engaging multimedia content (videos, scenarios, quizzes)
• Knowledge checks and assessments
• Completion tracking and reporting
• Ability to group students by categories, disaggregating student characteristics to compare correlations to student assessment results and identify high risk behavior; student characteristics that are required to be disaggregated are: class standing (year), athlete (and sport), sex, major, student organization involvement
• Pre- and post-module assessments to measure knowledge gains
• Personalized feedback on assessment results
3. Requirements for all modules:
• Accessibility and integration: ADA and WCAG compliant, mobile-friendly, integration with campus systems (LMS, student portal), single sign-on (SSO) capability
• Security and compliance: FERPA-compliant data handling, secure storage and encryption, meets title ix, act, and institutional compliance requirements
• Administrative tools: real-time tracking of student progress and completion, generate reports by cohort, demographic, or custom filters, exportable data for compliance and program evaluation
• Customization and branding: ability to customize content based on state and university-specific needs and branding options
• Evidence-based design: content grounded in behavioral health research.
