Electronic Benefits Transfer System and Services

The Vendor is required to provide electronic benefits transfer (EBT) system must fully support the cascades system interface and conform to cascades system design, development and testing activities of both contractors shall proceed in parallel to assure functionality of program cascades and the EBT interface on the same deployment schedule.
- EBT system enhancement and interface configuration
•    Ensure appropriate configuration of its EBT system and program cascades interface to conform to the current accepted system design and future enhancements.
•    Conformance to the system design shall be demonstrated during system acceptance testing (sat) and user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
•    Provide EBT environments for the duration of the contract to support the following:
o    A production EBT environment 
o    Test EBT environments for each management information system (MIS) test environment.
•    Provide and maintain one point of sale (POS) device per test environment.
•    Document test results including plans to remedy system errors and deficiencies identified during the test.
