Administrative Monetary Penalty Issuance and Processing Software

The Vendor is required to provide administrative monetary penalty system issuance and processing software one dedicated to the issuance of penalties and another responsible for administrative functions, including screenings and hearings.
- Requirement administrative monetary penalty system (AMPS) for:
•    Licensed rental program;
•    Parks and facilities violation
•    Tree removal violations; 
•    Waste collection violations
•    Site alteration violations
•    Municipal addressing violations and 
•    Parking violations.
