Inmate Television System

The Vendor is required to provide inmate television system for television programming.
- System that provides institution control to the end-unit televisions.
- Provide quality television program to include, but not limited to, the following:
•    Local channels that are available, to include the following network stations:

•    The system should allow center to provide programming to one or more channels from local sources to be distributed on end-points. (e.g. a channel including daily schedule, another channel for facility information)
•    The system should allow center to produce a warning to all end-points (televisions) that is pushed by the facility. 
•    RF remote monitoring
•    Transcoding 
•    Ability to block incoming CATV channels and assign network channels. 
•    Closed captioning on all network channels. 
•    Web interface for remote management.
