The Vendor is required to provide travel literature fulfillment services and online ordering system for include:
- Travel literature fulfillment services:
• Manage all aspects of travel literature fulfillment, including but not limited to: inventory storage, packaging materials, order assembly, labeling, and mailing of printed materials.
• Responsibilities also include call center and email support for fulfillment-related inquiries (e.g., shipment status, delivery issues, damaged or missing items), email notifications to customers when orders have shipped, recycling of obsolete literature, and online access to various inventory and fulfillment reports.
- Travel literature online ordering system:
• Design, develop, and maintain a secure, modern, and fully responsive online ordering system for department travel publications.
• The system must be visually appealing and intuitive, with functionality comparable to contemporary e-commerce platforms.
• It must be mobile-friendly, optimized for performance across all devices, and fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• The platform shall support secure, role-based access, allowing the general public, state agencies, and other approved entities to order printed materials online.
• Users will have varying access levels, product visibility, and ordering limits based on their role.
• The system must also support order tracking, data collection, reporting, and seamless integration with department fulfillment operations.
