The Vendor is required to provide to evaluate the current landscape of specialized faculty recruitment and hiring platforms.
- Our objective is to analyze vendor capabilities to support candidate management for faculty positions, while understanding the financial cost and business benefits.
- The search functionality for faculty to find jobs that align to their skills and interests.
- Capabilities exist to help support internal employees participating on a hiring / search committee, including committee chairs, committee members and external reviewers.
- Capabilities exist to help collate feedback from the search committee members + who can see the feedback (including how confidentiality is maintained throughout the process).
- Capabilities exist to define hiring process workflows for the university including approval steps and notifications, etc., include whether any automation can be set up to support the process (i.e., collection of references and/or offer letter support).
- The artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities of your tool and the data used to support it.
- Overall strategy for integrating/interfacing with third party systems.
