Human Capital Management System

The Vendor is required to provide implementation of a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) system that improves operational efficiency, enhances employee self-service, and supports data-driven decision making.
- The system must provide flexible time capture functionality without requiring proprietary hardware. 
- System should include the following modules: payroll, human resources information system, time and attendance, staff and volunteer scheduling, talent management, recruitment and applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, learning and training tracking, leave management, workforce analytics and reporting, employee self-service and management self-service.
