SCADA System

The Vendor is required to provide SCADA system connecting all the lift stations of each community to their respective water treatment plant.
- Requirement:
•    The updating and reconfiguring of the existing infrastructure connectivity.
•    This will require connectivity between different buildings and sites to facilitate the communication between the SCADA systems at each location.
•    This new system will need to be developed and deployed while maintaining the existing connectivity and allow for a seamless migration from the old SCADA systems to the new SCADA system, while maintaining continuous operation.
•    The new infrastructure requires VPN connectivity between all sites, and a secure remote access solution must be in place for the operators to monitor the SCADA system remotely.
•    All access must be configured following all SCADA security requirements and best practices, and it must provide monitoring and alerting in case of loss of functionality or detection of a security breach.
•    A number of lift stations must be connected to their corresponding sites, using the best possible connectivity options (ex - mobile data cards, internet, point to multipoint wireless radios etc.).
•    Perform an onsite review of the existing connectivity and recommend an updated solution.
