The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive platform to replace multiple outdated systems and unify safety, compliance, and research oversight functions across the institution.
- Provide a modern, scalable, integrated EH&S platform that consolidates several EH&S compliance and safety programs and services areas including biosafety inspections and research approvals, laboratory safety inspections, radiation safety inspections and research approvals, shop safety inspections, fire safety inspections and requirements , chemical inventory and management, hazard communication, hazardous waste management, industrial hygiene (e.g., hearing conservation, respiratory protection, exposure assessments, etc.) , and institutional safety committee oversight functions into a unified, configurable solution.
- Implementation Services
• End-to-end implementation of all contracted EH&S modules.
• Guided discovery workshops with University stakeholders.
• Configuration of forms, workflows, permissions, dashboards, and notices.
• Setup of environments (production, sandbox/test).
• Integration development with University enterprise systems, which may include:
• Identity & Single Sign On/Multiple Factor Authorization (SSO/MFA)

• Biological, Radiation, Laboratory, Shop, and similar inspection data and records

- Inspections & CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action)
• Configurable checklists by hazard; recurring schedules; delegation; mobile/offline with photo annotation
• Ability to conduct many different types of inspections, including non-routine and open ended inspections
• Ability to communicate with customers and review and approve corrections to inspection findings
• Findings severity, CAPA workflows, re-inspection, automated reminders/escalations (PI → Chair → Dean), and closure verification.
• Ability to create/edit checklists.
