The Vendor is required to provide for warehouse management systems (WMS) needed to automate resource distribution and resource management.
- The cloud systems are needed to provide location tracking and an external, real-time ordering option for district and counsel, greatly improving the ability of agency to service local healthcare partners.
- Inventory control
• Must accept ASN files and import into system from agency
• Must produce pick lists, shipping labels, quality control check sheets
• Must remove picked inventory from total upon shipping confirmation
• Item locations must be traceable
• Item descriptions may link to supporting documentation or visual aids
• Must accept import of shipping files (excel)
• Must produce manual/custom reports to be configured by user
• Have automatic restock alert & notice of expiration
• Searchable transaction register
• Ability to utilize mobile devices (ipads) to scan and register picks, receipts etc.
- Asset Management
