Orton Gillingham and Morphology Online Platform and Coaching Services

The Vendor is required to provide for a certified orton gillingham and morphology vendor that can an online planning platform with professional development and coaching for Reading Teachers, PK-8 Special Education Teachers, K-12 ENL Teachers, K-8 Teachers, Literacy Coaches and district level coaches.
¬- Provides initial teacher training coursework from certified Orton-Gillingham trainers and certified Morphology trainers, and ongoing support for trainees including an online teacher planning platform.
- Must be able to train during the school day 8:15-3:30 as well as nights and weekends.
- Must provide professional development both for the Orton-Gillingham and Morphology coursework and support of implementation including practicum for a Training of Trainers (ToT) model including ongoing support (remote and in-person.)
- Professional development must include technical training and accessible technical support services throughout contracted use.
- Provide training and support to certify district trainers.
- The professional development program must facilitate intervention and assessment at any reading level, regardless of student current grade level.
- The professional development must provide direct, explicit suggestions for interventions.
- Must provide an online platform to support teachers with lesson planning and differentiating materials.
- Must provide remote and in-person coaching support.
- Coaching support should provide opportunities for growth evoking feedback.
- Coaching support should support trainees in using the methodologies and routines with fidelity.
