Case Management System

The Vendor is required to provide traffic court case management system (TCCMS) that will digitize and centralize all traffic-related case records and operations, including integrated electronic filing (efiling).
- The system shall streamline:
•    Case intake
•    Citation processing
•    Electronic document submission and review
•    Courtroom scheduling
•    Judicial workflow
•    Disposition tracking
•    Financial processing and reconciliation
•    Reporting and analytics
•    Public access and self-service
•    Integration with external systems including ecitation, police systems, payment portals, and electronic service mechanisms
- Requirement:
•    Requirements validation and stakeholder consultation
•    System design and architecture (single unified architecture for CMS + efiling)
•    Database configuration
•    Configuration of workflows specific to traffic violation
•    Configuration of electronic filing workflow
•    Secure cloud deployment
•    Data migration from legacy system
•    Integration with third-party system
•    Electronic payment processing integration
•    Testing and user acceptance testing
•    Training and documentation 
•    Ongoing maintenance and support.
