The Vendor is required to provide data collection software tool for include:
1. Standards-aligned instructional template programs
•    The tool must provide pre-developed instructional template programs grounded in the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). 
•    All instructional programs must be aligned to applicable state and national academic standards and support measurable student outcomes. 
•    Programs should include clearly defined objectives, teaching procedures, mastery criteria, prompting hierarchies, and generalization strategies.
2. Individualization and program customization
•    Adjust mastery criteria and teaching procedures
•    Modify prompting levels and fading strategies
•    Adapt instructional targets
•    Personalize reinforcement systems
•    Create individualized goals aligned to IEP objectives
3. Comprehensive data collection and reporting system
•    Capturing skill acquisition data (e.g., discrete trial, task analysis, fluency, probe data)
•    Tracking behavior reduction data (e.g., frequency, duration, latency, interval recording)
•    Automatically generating graphical displays of data in real time
•    Producing exportable reports suitable for IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
•    Allowing disaggregation of data by setting, staff, or instructional condition
