The Vendor is required to provide Law Enforcement On-Duty Scheduling Software for the Department.
- The system will be used to schedule, manage, and track shifts, ensuring optimal staffing and compliance with operational needs

• Implement a secure and robust System.
• Automate shift assignments, overtime management, time-off requests, and shift swaps while ensuring changes do not disrupt staffing levels.
• Reduce scheduling errors and administrative overhead, improving overall workforce efficiencies.
- Scheduling Functionality.
• Ability to create, modify, and manage Law Enforcement schedules based on division/unit, shift rotations, availability, and preferences.
• Support for recurring shifts, including standard and custom shift patterns to support shifts 24/7 365 days a year.
• Real-time updates to shift schedules and automated notifications for officers and administrators.
• Time-off management, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests.
• Overtime management and compliance with applicable labor laws and union agreements.
• Shift swapping and officer-to-officer communication capabilities.
• Alerts when minimal staffing levels are reached.
• Manage staff availability and schedule changes for major events and provides the secondary employment system with shift details.
• Provide City Human Resources with Law Enforcement shifts, overtime projections, and identifies those not adhering to minimal work standards.

• Integration (inbound and outbound) with the City’s existing WorkDay Human Resources (“HR”) system, Payroll, and other relevant systems.
• Integration (outbound) with PowerDetails, the secondary employment system.
• Data import/export functionality to/from various formats (CSV, Excel, etc.).

• Intuitive, easy-to-use interface for all end-users and administrators.
• Access through web and mobile platforms for officers to view, request, and manage their shifts.
