- The software should use engagement surveys and benchmarking tools to focus on areas of employee retention and experience.  
- The software should capture and act on employee and client feedback, strengthening service quality and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.  
- Built in reputation management and recognition tools to aid both recruitment and market positioning should be available.
