The Vendor is required to provide for literacy screening tools for students in kindergarten through third grade (K-3).
- Used to review and approve screening tools and to establish contracts for approved screening tool(s), so members of state Program can realize cost savings and have a more direct path to purchase the approved screening tool(s).
- Must work directly with the ordering entity to facilitate the use of the screening tool.
- Must provide access to a user manual and/or user guides for the screening tool at no additional charge to users. Electronic versions are acceptable.
- Administrator, which provides more access to the system than a standard user, preferably with the ability to configure access for users from the same ordering entity.
- User, which provides access to the system to enter and view the screening tool data (typically the role used by individuals administering the screening).
- The minimum recommended hardware and software, including browsers and system settings, to optimally access and utilize your screening tool(s).
