• Host information for all lottery games and other relevant information for players on a website
• Access a mobile app and web interface.
• Mobile app must support multi-factor authentication and biometric logins, push notifications
• Run bonus campaigns with configurable bonuses
• Process claims up to a configurable dollar amount
• Provide customer service for players through phone, chat, and email using representatives located.
