The Vendor is required to provide cloud- based human resources information system (HRIS) should include features such as payroll, time, i-9 processing, employee background checks and attendance, benefits (to include online enrollment, leave management including leave tracking and leave bank update and management, FMLA administration, sending and maintaining continuation of health coverage (cobra) notices, administration of required forms for the affordable care act (aca), payment of carriers via ach, talent management (on-boarding, performance, electronic personnel files, engagement surveys and applicant tracking system), off boarding (exit interviews, surveys), and a dashboard to display metrics (including turnover, cost per hire, source of hire, and injuries) as well as system design, project management, integration and data sharing with existing systems.
- Requirements
• Service provider must have and be able to demonstrate a minimum of seven (7) years of successful experience completing the same or similar projects
• Service provider will assign a competent project manager who has full authority to act for the service provider and who will be college primary point of contact and coordination during the execution of the project.
• Only accept SaaS options and implementation,
• Implementation of the chosen systems requires system design, customization, project management, integration, phase implementation, electronic data transfer to and from the college’s existing system, training, ongoing support, and upgrades and updates as applicable.
• An onsite implementation contact to be assigned and present upon go live.
• Compatibility and proven integration, with other higher education institutions, are required with college enterprise resource planning system, colleague.
• Operational support requirements following full implementation must minimally be available from 7am to 9pm Est Monday through Friday but 24/7/365 is strongly preferred,
• This will replace people admin.
• The service provider, its subcontractors, and agents will abide by all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to fair labor practices, prohibiting discrimination in employment, and controlling workplace safety.
