Multi-Factor Authentication Solution

The Vendor is required to provide a multi-factor solution, hardware tokens, and professional services for help with installation and configuration in Microsoft 365 environment.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution to strengthen identity and access security. 
- Contractor shall deliver, implement, and support an MFA solution that secures city systems and user access.
- Implementation services
•    Initial configuration of the cloud based MFA solution
•    Integration with the city’s identity infrastructure, including Microsoft active directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft p2 licensing
•    User enrollment and activation, including provisioning of hardware tokens
•    Validation and testing to confirm full MFA functionality.
