Unified Performance Reporting Tool

The Vendor is required to provide for a SaaS technology platform to collect client level agency unified performance reporting tool (SUPRT) data from State Opioid Response (SOR) sub recipient grantees and automate batch upload of these data to agency Performance Accountability and Reporting System (SPARS).
- Objectives
•    Development of a provider SUPRT portal that will perform batch upload program for department Provider data into SPARS.
•    Data management and SPARS upload will require ongoing maintenance and updates for the portal’s project site and batch upload code, based on department/Provider needs.
•    SUPRT system build out, maintenance, and data management with some technical assistance will be required.
•    The platform must also support operational and program evaluation reporting, as determined by department.
- One-Time Security Assessment completion to Authority to Operate (ATO)
- Host Online HIPAA-Compliant Solution – The solution will be rules-based data submission platform for department sub recipient agency grantee and/or contracted vendor to enter client-level SUPRT data for SOR-funded program participants.
- Data Management - Manage collected SUPRT data and format for batch upload to SPARS interface to department grant workspace.
- Maintenance and Licensing - Perform ongoing maintenance and updates of the platform and batch upload code, to align with federally mandated changes or department business need.
- Report Development - Develop feedback reporting of success and failure of batch upload, with error identification of idiosyncratic errors and identification of systematic errors for follow-up resolution.
- Compliance Reporting and Quality Review - Develop operational reporting to support department quality review of sub recipient grantee compliance performing Baseline Assessment, six-month reassessment, and close-out.
- Technical Assistance - Develop and maintain provider technical assistance resource webpage.
