Campus Wide Public Announcement System

The Vendor is required to provide to maintain campus wide communication in emergency situations the college is implementing a campus wide public address (PA) system. 
- This system will allow for a timely public notification throughout all campus buildings internally as well as provide broad exterior notification.
- Installation Services
•    Vendor will be responsible for installing high power transmitter with antenna mount to college roof providing all necessary hardware, tools of the trade necessary to properly install to manufacturer specifications.
•    Running coax cable through college provided conduit completing connection of high power transmitter to paging base station directly below. 
•    Vendor must provide proof, upon award, of:
o    Worker’s Compensation Fund verification that meets statutory limits.
o    Liability Insurance Coverage with limits not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence $2,000,000 total.
