The Vendor is required to provide optical shop software to replace officemate software in the opthy optical shop.
- Services include:
•    DVI integration for transmitting prescription data to laboratories
•    Automated patient notifications through email and phone
•    Interface with Epic for patient demographics and scheduling
•    Inventory system that can auto-update frame SKUs
•    Automatic insurance cost calculation
•    Integration with World Pay for credit card processing
•    Import legacy data from OfficeMate
•    We use HL7 for Epic messaging
•    Data protection and security to conform to University standard
