Utilities Asset and Project Management Software Solution and Implementation

The Vendor is required to provide an asset management and project management software solution, which includes software, implementation services, training, and technical support to the agency.
- Division to implement an asset management and project management solution (the “Solution”) which provides a comprehensive framework to effectively manage the utility's infrastructure assets and project tracking.
- The anticipated benefits of a new solution include:
•    Automating and streamlining processes to reduce reliance on manual interventions.
•    Enhancing cross-departmental coordination through seamless integration and a unified platform.
•    Providing real-time, reliable data to support informed decision-making.
•    Reducing non-valued-added tasks such as re-keying and data reconciliation, freeing resources for more strategic functions.
•    Establishing a scalable foundation to support future growth and innovation.
- Provide a solution to replace its current system of managing assets, complaints, etc., which includes paper recordkeeping, accounting system, Excel spreadsheets, and GIS mapping. The county’s preference is for a SaaS / cloud solution.
- Provide licenses, extensions, modules, and install any needed web applications.
- On-Site staff training on the Utilities Asset Management and Project Management Software Solution.
- Modern capabilities for interfacing third-party systems including APIs, web services, and upload/download.
- Configurable security, user and transaction audit capabilities.
- Role-based security and segregation of duties.
