Rights-of-Way Management Online Portal

The Vendor is required to provide a replacement of the existing city rights-of-way management online portal and epermits permitting system.
- Solution should be designed with modern standards, and a modular interface, configurable workflow, integrations with other City systems, and incorporate insights gained from the previous system to optimize staff efficiency.
- Both online portals are currently in use by the Rights of Way (ROW) Services sub-Division of the Mobility business unit.
