Exclusion and Sanction Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide exclusion and sanction management software will need to notify if a match or potential match is found, along with the ability to assess and resolve the match, generate reports for auditing and compliance tracking purposes, data security and privacy, ease of integration into our system with a user-friendly interface and have continuous updates to exclusion and sanction lists.
- Health care compliance management software:
•    Assess and identify risk and document and identify gaps in the compliance program; 
•    Generate and track work plan and timeline based on priorities in risk assessment; 
•    Monitor, track, and update any changes to health care industry and practice and governmental regulations; 
•    Implement policies and procedures, including code of conduct; 
•    Support and implement appropriate and relevant compliance training and education; 
•    Monitor, log, and track 24-hour compliance hotline; 
•    Set up, track, and respond to detected compliance incidents; 
•    Support and implement internal monitoring, auditing, and measuring efforts; 
•    Generate federal and state exclusion lists monthly for health care providers, business associates, and vendors; 
•    Monitor compliance in contract management; 
•    Create executive summaries and generate reports independently to governance; 
•    Maintain archival access to all work generated in compliance program, even after expiration of software management agreement.
