The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive software solution that would assist in automating, streamlining, and managing its portfolio of loans awarded for eligible affordable housing and economic development projects, support the program compliance, record keeping and monitoring of these projects, and provide other grant management program support.
- Requirement:
• Client and project record management and historical data storage
• Integrates and compatible with Munis and Tyler technologies accounting software
• Calculate loan payments and amortization schedules (including loan adjustments, additional payments, partial forgiveness scenario’s)
• Ability to process various loan types including but not limited too:
o Deferred payment and balloon payment
o Interest only
o Adjustable rate
o Split funding source calculations
• Automated invoicing and payment processing (integrate with Munis and Tyler tech)
o Customer invoicing templates
o Automated email invoicing
• Reporting capabilities
o Annual audit reporting
o Dashboard and summary
o Portfolio reconciliation and variance analysis
• Compliance and monitoring functions including but not limited too:
o Integrates with HUD and home programs including IDIS platform
o Create and maintain monitoring schedules and checklists
o Create and maintain inspectional records and checklists
o Other federal cross cutting requirement reporting and monitoring.
