Real-Time Traffic Speed Data API Services

The Vendor is required to provide real-time traffic speed data API where roadway segments can be selected to form routes and results visualized by using an accompanying spatial roadway network layer.
- If the speed data includes sources other than observed speeds, then the speed data source shall be provided for each time period and roadway segment aggregation. 
- The source shall describe the underlying data used in calculating the aggregated segment speeds, e.g., observed, historical, or reference.
- Geographic coverage:
•    Southwest, 35.25, -106.80
•    Northeast, 36.25, -105.80.
