The Vendor is required to provide substance abuse and mental health services administration (SAMHSA) unified performance reporting tool (SUPRT) data from state opioid response (SOR) sub recipient grantees and automate batch upload of these data to SAMHSA’s performance accountability and reporting system (SPARS).
- SUPRT data collection and reporting is a requirement of the federal SOR funding and must be administered to all clients at the baseline assessment program, six-month reassessment and close-out.
- The SUPRT tool replaced the government performance and results act (GPRA) in October 2025.
