System Integrator Services

The Vendor is required to provide system integrator (“SI”) services to design, implement, modernize, and support technology solutions across diverse environments and agencies.
- May propose under one (1) or more of the capability areas listed below:
•    Enterprise system integration
•    Agile product teams
•    Data and analytics
•    Integration and application programming interfaces (“APIS”)
•    Cloud and development, security, and operations (“DevSecOps”)
•    Organizational change management
•    Operations and managed services
•    Design and research
- System integration and modernization services:
•    Integration of legacy, cloud-native, and hybrid environments. 
•    Configuration of low-code or no-code, SaaS or PaaS, and enterprise platforms. 
•    Human centered design and process improvement. 
•    Deployment of AI, data analytics, and automation tools. 
•    Support for accessibility, UX design, user research, and inclusive interface development. 
•    Development of secure, scalable, and modular integration frameworks enabling interoperability between systems and agencies.
- System design, configuration, and integration:
•    Design and configure system solutions that meet functional, technical, and security requirements, ensuring full system compatibility and integration capability with existing client agency infrastructure.
- Specialized integration and cloud services: 
•    Provide expertise in developing, configuring, and deploying system integrations with third-party cloud platforms and software providers. 
•    Recommend and apply best practice methodologies for combining hardware, software, networking, and related solutions across multiple environments.
- Quality assurance and knowledge transfer: 
•    Perform quality assurance and quality control services to ensure that systems meet performance, security, and compliance standards. 
•    Perform end user testing to ensure the product meets or exceeds all agreed-upon KPIs.
•    Provide user and technical training and deliver all documentation necessary to support ongoing operations and maintenance services.
