- It must enable users to develop, evaluate, and export nutrition facts tables (NFTS), ingredient lists, and nutrient content claims in accordance with agency and health state regulations.
- The solution will be used by students and instructors in a post-secondary program. 
- The software will be used to support product development and nutrition courses and support the tracking. 
- The software must support cloud based access for students and instructors, and instructor oversight and evaluation of student work.
