The Vendor is required to provide public relations analytics tool a platform that can track and analyze all public relations mentions of agency and other specified key words in social media, print, web, digital forums, broadcast and digital mediums.
- The platform will be used to track public campaigns, maintain an archive of past public relations mentions, report public relations mentions to les leadership and provide detailed analytics back on results.
- The platform should also be able to house historical data for trend analyses so les can make informed business decisions based on the information provided.
- Requirement:
• List the media channels that your organization tracks, including the following: print, social media platforms, digital forums, web, broadcast (TV and radio), and digital.
• Provide a detailed description of how your organization pulls in data from the web to determine relevance to les and ability (if any) to exclude and learn irrelevant and duplicate content.
• Provide live broadcast mentions of agency in television and radio with the ability to capture content before and after the mention for context.
• Explain how the tool will allow specific keyword targeting, capture direct and indirect mentions, topics and posts with ability to make real-time changes to selected criteria.
• Ability to use search strings (keyword and keyword) preferred.

• The tool will have the ability to identify, track and analyze specific topics as they arise (i.e. Customer service, website, etc.) and compare to local, state and regional trends.
• The tool is able to analyze hashtags and keywords based on real-world examples of confirmed les mentions and provide recommendations for use.
• Provide a list of all capabilities to provide original files to download or save.
• The tool’s ability to analyze audiences and its ability to create custom audiences.
• Any social media management functionality, with ability to view comments and mentions and potentially take action on any platform from a centralized dashboard.
• Any limitations based on whether les maintains a presence on the platform.

• Provide webinars, workshops and training materials to understand functionality and best practices for setting strategy and use.
• Allow multiple users (up to 10 people) to concurrently use the site at one time, online or via mobile application.
• Ability to customize permissions and access levels for different roles within the organization.
• Provide ongoing customer support throughout install and as needed by les.
• Provide a comprehensive measurement of overall media sentiment (e.g. Positive, negative, neutral, etc.), inclusive of all media channels and social media platforms with the ability to auto-populate and create dashboards that show ratings, sentiment tracking, etc. in both real-time and historical views.
• Plus ability to analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns and trends, changes in customer engagement and interactions, etc.
• Provide comprehensive analytical reporting on how les is being referenced across all media including blogs, social media and traditional media.
- Technical requirements
• SSO integration to AD and Entra.
• Ability to assign permissions based on Microsoft security groups is preferred.
• Ability to easily share content and reports to internal and external partners.
