- Requirement:
• Software’s compatibility with current OCPP versions and the level of functionality supported.
• Charger manufacturers and models operate on your platform today
• Conduct interoperability testing for new or previously unsupported hardware models
• Software manage multiple charger brands within a single dashboard
• Your solution require the use of manufacturer‑provided software to access device data, configuration settings, or logs
• Describe all supported network connectivity options (e.g., WI‑FI, LTE/4g, hardwired).
• Platform’s uptime service level agreement (SLA), and how is uptime measured
• System support data export for statewide reporting (e.g., csv, APIs, automated delivery)
• Provide an overview of your pricing model, including all cost components (e.g., license types, per‑port fees, subscription tiers, optional modules, integration costs, or data‑access fees).
• User payment methods does your platform support for EV charging sessions (e.g., credit and debit cards, mobile wallets, RFID cards and fobs, in app payments, plug and charge, fleet accounts, third party roaming networks)
• Sensitive payment related data protected in transit and at rest (e.g., encryption standards, tokenization, key management)
• Software update process, including OCPP upgrades, feature enhancements, and security patches.
