Investigation Management System Improvements

The Vendor is required to provide the Office one Project Manager (PM), one Business Solutions Analyst (BSA), one User Experience/Interaction Designer (UX/ID) and one Senior Software Engineer (SRSE) to configure a Software as a Service (SaaS) enforcement management solution for the Investigation Management System which is utilized for the Underground Safety Board’s enforcement actions.
- Currently uses Dataverse tables to manage some enforcement related information, but it lacks appropriate user interfaces, dashboards, and workflows to effectively manage the Board’s enforcement process and support investigators.
- A solution consistent with this solicitation would develop these tools to account for the different user base and processes but share existing Dataverse tables with dig case.
- must have extensive experience with assigning consultant staff who are proficient in assessing, evaluating, developing, maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing applications, and associated databases, built on Microsoft (MS) technologies, specifically MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Cloud, Azure Logic Apps, and structured query language (SQL), with a particular focus on improving system functionality, workflow automation, database performance, and overall integration across these platforms.
- Final approval of the technical approach will reside with Energy Safety. 
- Services to be performed include the SaaS configuration, discovery and documenting current and to be processes and ensuring user functionality and acceptance of the configuration and resulting solution. 
- At a minimum, the services include: discovery through review of existing documentation and business practices and processes, developing a Task Accomplishment Plan (TAP), documentation of business process flows, developing user interfaces and external portals, developing dashboards, templates and training materials and ensuring project communications and schedule.
