Online Gaming Integrity Geofencing System

The Vendor is required to provide to obtain information and market research related to an online gaming integrity geofencing system (“System”).
- Responses should include the following:
• Solutions for a compulsory state-wide geofencing system that would block illegal online gambling websites and applications in state, even if the operators of such websites and applications do not choose to geofence their own product;
• Solutions for detecting and tracking illegal online gambling operations;
• An attestation that the proposed solution complies with all applicable federal and state laws; and
• Solutions for partnering with stakeholders, such as telecommunication providers and electronic marketplaces.
