The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive Professional Learning Management System (PLMS) and/or Educator Growth & Evaluation Platform to support K–12 educators.
- The platform must provide an integrated solution that allows the district to manage professional development offerings, monitor educator participation, track certification and compliance, and support evaluation processes aligned to instructional best practices.
- The system should be user-friendly, scalable, and aligned to district and state expectations for educator development and evaluation.
- System must:
• Provide a centralized platform for managing professional learning for K-12 educators.
• Allow educators to register for, track, and document professional development activities.
• Support creation, assignment, and management of professional learning courses (in-person, virtual, and asynchronous).
• Provide tools for tracking educator progress, completion, and professional learning hours.
• Include functionality for educator growth, goal setting, and performance tracking aligned to evaluation frameworks.
• Support administrator access to monitor participation, compliance, and effectiveness of professional learning.
• Include reporting features that provide actionable data on participation, outcomes, and impact.
• Integrate with existing district systems (e.g., HR systems, SIS, LMS) where applicable.
• Ensure secure data management, including user authentication and role-based access.
• Support communication features for notifications, reminders, and updates related to professional learning.
• Provide a user-friendly interface accessible to all K-12 educators and administrators.
