Scaling and Scale Maintenance, Reliability and Validity Analyses, and Online Ordering System

The Vendor is required to provide to conduct two psychometric components: (1) scaling and scale maintenance, and (2) analyses to provide evidence regarding reliability and validity for selected high school regent’s examinations in English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies, as well as (3) provide an online ordering system used by schools to place orders for regent’s examinations.
- Perform scaling and scale maintenance using data resulting from all field test administrations taking place in the 2025-26, 2026-27, 2027-28, 2028-29, and 2029-2030 school years.
- System requirements
1. Enter enrollment counts for students who will be testing using regular editions1 of the tests by subject and content area
•    The software provided must include and will provide the total number of exams requested in each subject. 
•    The software must also provide the most currently available school enrollment data within the exam ordering system based upon the state provided organization file or an API data connection between the contractor’s software and existing state data systems.
2. Enter enrollment counts for students who will be testing using each type of accommodated materials2 as follows:
•    Large print
•    Braille
•    Alternate language editions (Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (traditional), Chinese (simplified), Haitian Creole, Korean, Russian, and Spanish) for two sciences, both social studies, and one math exam title.
