Wearable Monitoring Solutions

The Vendor is required to provide wearable monitoring solutions in a correctional healthcare environment.
- System implementation and technical support
•    Recommended pilot approach, including duration, scale, staffing needs, and success metrics
•    Support device provisioning, inventory, and rapid replacement workflows at enterprise scale
•    Provide training for custody, medical, and administrative users, and what materials or simulations accompany onboarding
•    Provide ongoing support, firmware updates, and troubleshooting, including SLAs for critical failures
•    Document and communicate risks, dependencies, or required facility modifications as part of deployment
- Integration and interoperability:
•    Solution integrate with APIs for exchanging vitals or event data with agency systems
•    Support integration with command center dashboards, SIEM tools, or incident management platforms
•    Platform enable enterprise scale device management, such as remote updates, policy enforcement, and device health monitoring.
- Technical requirements
1. Security and compliance:
•    Solution ensure end to end encryption for data in transit and at rest, and what cryptographic standards
•    Implement device security, including secure boot, signed firmware, tamper detection, and protection against unauthorized access
•    Platform support role based access controls that align with agency security separation (custody, medical, administrative)
•    Generate, maintain, and audit security logs, and how do these logs align with agency auditing expectations.
•    Solution comply with CJIS and HIPAA requirements, and what evidence or certifications do you provide to demonstrate compliance
•    Ensure that only authorized individuals can access system features, data, or sessions, consistent with agency expectations for mandatory security controls
2. Analytics, AI and automation:
•    System use AI or machine learning to improve location accuracy, predict safety risks, or identify anomalies
•    Platform shorten the observation → intervention → outcome cycle, and what automation features support that
•    Provide predictive alerts, such as fatigue, heat stress, or unusual behavior patterns
•    System reduce false positives and alert fatigue, and does it provide confidence scoring or signal quality indicators.
