The Vendor is required to provide payment portal solution to acquire and implement a modern, secure, PCI-compliant payments platform that delivers e-commerce-grade convenience via a quick checkout, saved preferences, scheduled installments, and an available payment history; while expanding the county's tender options to include digital wallets alongside ach, debit and credit, and text and email-to-pay.
