The Vendor is required to provide research-based professional development focused on the effective integration of digital learning, instructional technology, and artificial intelligence (Al) in K-12 classrooms.
- This training is to strengthen educators' capacity to use digital tools and Al responsibly and effectively to enhance instruction, increase student engagement, and improve learning outcomes.
- Professional development should be practical, hands-on, and aligned to current best practices in instructional technology and Al in education.
- Training must support educators in selecting, implementing, and evaluating digital tools and Al-supported platforms that align with instructional goals while promoting ethical, safe, and responsible use in K-12 learning environments.
- Attendees will be provided knowledge and skills to effectively integrate instructional technology into K-12 teaching and learning practices.
- The training will:
o Build educator capacity to effectively integrate digital tools to enhance instruction and student learning.
o Support implementation of blended and/or digital learning models in K-12 classrooms.
o Provide strategies for increasing student engagement through technology-rich instructional practices.
o Support educators in selecting appropriate digital tools aligned to instructional goals and standards.
o Strengthen educator ability to use digital platforms for formative assessment and feedback.
o Provide guidance on creating and curating digital instructional content.
o Support effective classroom management strategies within technology-rich environments.
o Address equitable access and responsible use of technology for diverse learners, including multilingual learners and students with varying academic needs.
- Participants will:
