Fulcrum Cloud Services

The Vendor is required to provide for fulcrum cloud services.
- Single system is needed to oversee work permit tracking, funding allocation, work order requests, and the tracking and relocation of equipment for emergency actions
- Currently has five hundred Fulcrum Professional GPS ITCE Licenses, as well as fifteen hours per month of Fulcrum Managed Services.
- Managed Services shall include but will not be limited to the following:
• Improvement of existing applications for reliability and speed.
• Maintenance and development of reports.
• Enhancement of mobile interfaces.
