Advancement Systems, Data, and Reporting Implementation Services

The Vendor is required to provide implementation, optimization, and alignment of advancement systems, data structures, reporting frameworks and operational workflows.
- Partner with demonstrated experience in advancement operations, constituent relationship management systems, reporting infrastructure, and higher education fundraising environments. Services should be implementation-focused and designed to improve operational effectiveness, system usability, and internal sustainability.
- The selected partner will work collaboratively with University Advancement and institutional stakeholders to strengthen the systems environment that supports fundraising operations, reporting consistency, data integrity, and long-term sustainability.
- Provide the following services
• Review the current advancement systems environment, data structures, reporting processes, and related operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve system configuration, workflow alignment, reporting consistency, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement recommendations related to constituent relationship management system usage, business rules, workflow design, and reporting structures.
• Support the development or refinement of key performance indicators, reporting outputs, and dashboard frameworks that align with advancement goals.
• Assist with data management practices, imports, process standardization, and documentation that support long-term institutional sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal University stakeholders, including Advancement and technology partners, to align implementation with institutional needs and existing systems.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and implementation support necessary to ensure that improvements can be sustained by University staff beyond the engagement period.
- Experience with CRM, reporting, data, and workflow implementation
- Experience partnering with internal staff across operational and technical functions
- Ability to translate institutional goals into executable systems and reporting structures
- Ability to document processes and support internal adoption
