Acquia Cloud Hosting Services

The Vendor is required to provide for supports agencies across government by providing website hosting, platform management, and digital services for public facing web properties.
- Must establish and maintain a supply chain compromise notification agreement, requiring prompt notification to the State of any breach within the vendor's sub-vendors or supply chain
- Administrative access provided to State personnel must support phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication (e.g., FIDO2/WebAuthn, hardware security keys, or passkeys)
- Ability to support Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), including least privilege access, continuous monitoring, and identity-based controls.
- Acquia Cloud Platform – FedRAMP-authorized managed cloud hosting for Drupal websites and applications, including dedicated development, staging, and production environments for all hosted sites across all codebases, with sufficient capacity for current and projected workloads.
- Current traffic volumes include approximately 4.3-million-page views per month (without CDN cache), scaling to an estimated 72-million-page views per year by EOY 2027. Total storage requirement is 1 TB across all environments (production and non-production combined). Multitenant hosting with dedicated load balancers is acceptable.
- Acquia Site Factory – Multi-site management platform to create, manage, and update all State websites from a centralized interface, supporting up to three (3) codebases.
- Acquia DAM (Digital Asset Manager) – Centralized digital asset management solution to store, organize, and manage creative assets across State agencies.
- Acquia Source – AI-powered Drupal CMS tooling for content optimization and management.
- Web Accessibility Tooling – Acquia’s accessibility compliance and monitoring tools for ensuring Section 508 and WCAG conformance across all managed web properties.
- Web Governance Package – Acquia’s web governance solution for monitoring, standards enforcement, and quality assurance across the portfolio of State websites.
