- As statewide operational needs, hiring volume, and classification structures have evolved, existing ERPA functionality no longer fully supports the end-to-end requirements of program staff, personnel specialists, managers, and regional approvers.
- These needs include improving frontend approval workflows, expanding backend data integration, updating classification values, strengthening reporting capabilities, and ensuring the system aligns with current hiring and recruitment processes.
- Obtain contractor services to perform system enhancements, defect corrections, classification table updates, workflow improvements, and reporting development within the ERPA platform.
- These improvements are intended to: improve accuracy and consistency of classification and hiring data across frontend and backend components.
