The Vendor is required to provide tourism analytics dashboard, reporting, intelligence, advisory, attribution integration, and annual tourism economic impact reporting services on behalf of the Corporation.
- Provide a strategic analytics partner to provide a full-service tourism analytics and impact reporting solution that brings together dashboard platform setup and management, data integration, attribution, intelligence, recurring reporting, interpretation, and an annual tourism economic impact report in support of decision-making.
- This engagement is intended to provide a practical, maintainable tourism analytics environment that can support leadership reporting, staff reporting, regional reporting, and ongoing performance interpretation, while also producing an annual tourism economic impact report that helps the Corporation communicate tourism’s value to leadership, partners, stakeholders, and the public.
- The work must help the Corporation collect and harmonize data, produce clear reporting outputs, answer recurring business questions, reduce manual effort over time, and support both recurring monthly reporting and annual tourism impact reporting.
