Grant Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide a grants management software solution for University.
- System will support comprehensive, centralized services across the full grant lifecycle, ensuring seamless pre- and post-award functionality for the Office as well as other University stakeholders.
- Provide individualized dashboard capabilities and must allow for a single entry of critical data and a “single picture” view of a grant throughout the lifecycle.

- User Management within the system must provide:
• Role-based permissions
• Ability to create custom roles
• User-based permissions
• Permissions by data type or working groups (ability to define users for behavioral vs. academic data)
• “At Rest” encryption for hosted Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
