The Vendor is required to provide electronic temperature monitoring system for refrigeration equipment to support compliance with federal, state, and local food safety and program integrity requirements.

• Continuous electronic monitoring for walk-in coolers and freezers
• Commercial food service grade equipment suitable for freezer environments
2. Installation:
• Complete installation including calibration and testing
• Minimal disruption to meal service
• All installation costs included
3. Data access and reporting:
• Computer and mobile device access
• Continuous logs and daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Exportable reports for audits and reviews
4. Alerts and tracking:
• Automated alerts for temperature excursions
• Alerts via text, email, or mobile notification
• Audit trail for corrective action documentation.
