The Vendor is required to provide potential vendors that can develop, implement, and manage an enterprise portal system, or any notable component thereof, that can be integrated with the core enterprise system to provide a comprehensive solution with the ability to serve as a one stop shop for all customer business functions.
- The system must support the ability to create granular user roles for all agency users and must be capable of integration with other agency software and applications.
