Intelligence Analysis Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide a support contractor to provide intelligence analysis support.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the agency operations to include current accesses to intelligence enterprise working groups such as: the FBI Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal - Suspicious Activity Reporting through eGuardian, Department, Homeland Security Information Network access
- Expertise in intelligence information gathering and sharing, Western States Information Network (WSIN), Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS).
- Access and expertise, advanced level skills at operating Penlink, managing the agency Law Enforcement - Private sector crime fighting partnership websites, Informal network of law enforcement officers and intelligence analysts across state at the federal, state, and local levels -to include critical infrastructure partners in the private sector.
