- Enrollment is driven by grouping of positions into similar categories based on the performance of like job activities; however, it is common for employees within the same classification to perform activities that differ from their counterparts and require one-off enrollment into programs.
- Because activities can differ dramatically among work units and individual employees in like positions, it is challenging to get information about employee’s specific work activities that would warrant inclusion in one or more medical surveillance programs, to ensure their timely and dynamic enrollment into programs.
- Solution that provides the occupational health views, notifications, flags, letters and reports needed by each stakeholder group.
- Solution provides the ability to complete and view job hazard analyses directly within the solution. The solution must also provide reports to show who is certified to perform work.
- Solution that allows supervisors to identify the job tasks each of their employees performs, and identify those tasks as assignments change, to ensure each employee is enrolled, and receiving required medical monitoring and training in accordance with their enrollment, in the correct occupational health programs under federal law.
